Considering your situation, what do you consider your best option? I mean, just cause you don't have a tractor, doesn't mean you can't have a profitable business.

This doesn't matter that we don't have plane to visit some other country, every person born on the earth to make life better. If they don't have Tractor then they can hire or rent tractor for a month or so.
Here in our country PM is giving loans for farming and for machineries.

Yes, if you don't have tractor then how do you plogh the field and carry vegetables, etc? Tractor is important for a farmer, if they don't have, then try to get a loan from bank that could bring huge profit to them.
