Well, in the US, pumpkins are big for Halloween - and trees are big for Christmas. In that case, of course, an industry caters to the demand.
Anyway, do you feel you could get in on this business? How so? Well, myself, I think pumpkins would be a possibility - If I'd just get off my behind and work, lol!

You have some great knowledge that building your own farm fresh food and selling in market is also a good decision.
I am trying to grow tomatoes at this time by planting a 50 plants in a row.
