Can we transplant spinach by picking , because I used old village method by sprinkling 4-5 seeds together,can I pick 4 and left one ,?

It is one of the hardest thing to split those plants because they have small stems compared to other plants. I would suggest you leave them as it is not a big deal in seeds. If you still want to seperate, then give a try to few plants and see.

Could you describe this method more in detail? Do you have other old village methods that you have used & had great success with?
