it's difficult for me to know since I've never done it but out of a Indoor Hydroponic system. Indoor soil or an outdoor grow what is the best way to do in terminology of Quality. high yields are nice but i don't care Superior over Quantity in my opinion.

Indoor Gardening is good, but the problem is money, because of the investment we makes towards the power charges. Outdoor gardening no need to use CFL to grow plants.
If you don't care about the quantity, then I suggest to you go with indoor gardening.
