Growing potatos from potato

If I take a piece from my potato plant does it can grow separately?

Believe it or not, you can grow potatoes directly from another potatoes.

I have heard that some potatoes won't work. Probably the GMO kind, I know they are trying to prevent people from growing their own food, so perhaps try this with a local grown organic potato you get from a local farmer.

IVe used to grow in childhood, but never grown potatoes as the plant used to die after some days, however themod you mentioned really works. Just cut the part where the stem comes from potato and paste it in the soil, make sure water them regularly and keep an eye to watch it.

I would be posting soon an article and a video of growing potatoes from potato.

I have tried in growing Potatoe by cutting from the potato, however it grown for some days and then dried out. I have heard a lot of people that grown from Potato cuttings.

So you don't need a seed or root to grow more potatoes? Cool stuff!

You can use seeds too, since farmers grow in large so they cant waste time in cutting those roots or potato tops.
