Tree elimination question?

need two average size plants eliminated and shrub stump. I was asked if I want particles eliminated who h is $100 more. He said he can put particles in the outlet. I never had plants eliminated before but that seems like chaos that would entice harmful termites or bugs. Is there any benefit or not bemefit other than saving $100 to keep shrub tree stump particles in the hole?

You can eliminate the tree and $100 labor fee is enough, but in most European countries we can have higher wages, so whatever pay the money and eliminate trees.
After eliminating if any bugs are effected, then choose some pesticide to kill those bugs.
