Guava Stylar and Rot infected

How do you treat these Guava fruits that are infected with Rot and Stylar. My tree got most times and I was controling by pruning some branches, however it is not yet solved.

My Guavas are too infected like this and lost hopes during past years. The main problem was due to insects white flies that makes rotten. I suggest you to clean whole tree from time to time so they can come in handy.
I have did and my tree is once again giving us great Guavas.

As far I have treated it with Kerosene oil and cleaned the whole tree from white insects. I mised in 1 liter of water with 3 to 5 drops of kerosene and sprayed on the infected are to kill white insects.
This worked for me and now eating my Guavas again after 3 to 4 years.

That\s a great job since it is hard to maintain big trees as no one able to control from time to time. I am thankful to you since a lesson was learnt from this thread.
