Can anyone tell me if I can use packaged seeds from 2 years ago? Do they go bad? Or dry up?

2 years means clueless so use newly stored seeds than these old seeds. You can test along with good seeds and see if they can grow or not also the plant should bear fruits after growth.

Please see expiry dates, i would suggest you to use fresh seeds than olden seeds fro a good germination. If I am were in your place, then already planted them in my garden so I cano know how far they are hood in growing.
