MPPT is the best from my side because it drawback much power from Solar panel unlike PWM offers low power in output. MPPT boost the power to run most of the house hold things while PQM doesn't offer much things.

MPPT is similar like DC to DC booster and this type of circuit may be used in Solar MPPT charge Controller.
