How much space I need to get continues vegetables for a year to one family ( 5 mem) ? Please suggest and how I need to grow accordingly

It depends on what you are growing. Some vegetables don't require much space, others do. Root crops like to be crowded together so you can get more bang for your buck. While brussels sprouts & parsnip need their space.
