Edible mushroom growth

Are any of your into growing edible mushrooms at all?

My girlfriend and I buy mushroom logs online and grow them ourselves. Oyster mushrooms and lionsmane is usually what we grow.

Really delicious, too.

I have grown mushrooms on straws. I have never grown mushrooms on logs, and I really want to try this because there is a great demand for log-grown mushrooms in my place. I don't know anything about oyster mushrooms and lionsmane varieties.
