Does dextrose can be used in Irrigation?

Can you let us know for what purpose you are using dextrose?
Any solvent can be used in Irrigation unless the plants required such solvent. The percentage of any solvent can remains upon the number of plants and their requirement. So please check this things at least to keep them in proper condition.
