Wondering about the brambles??

Wondering about the brambles - why not surround the garden with them other than doing it per seed? Won't that be easier and less work? Curious

Brambles are good for growing plants also helps for birds in order to protect them. I haven't grown, but did you ever grown them in your garden or backyard?
