I mulched my tomatoes directly after planting as I wanted to keep the leaves off the bare ground to prevent dirt splashing on the them.I planted them in a trench so the root area is not yet mulched.

are there any fish predators in your area, from the looks of it, water level is not so deep, so my concern were birds that could easily snack your fish from that "pond". Also another question would be water change and filtration?

heard MI gardener talk about how beets specifically - like radishes, I guess? - can be grown packed together, and that they thrive by basically pushing off each other...

I am seeing a lot in the market with various designs all over to satisfy people, but these doesn't coming for a longer life. could somebody tell me how to over come this situation for life span in the future.
See here a lantern which I bought and struggling to light up after 5 months.
