Putting the seeds In the ground is not what happens natturaly what happens naturely is an animal eats it then craps it out??

Let me know the name of seeds so I can tell you how to proceed, but basically you should use seedling method so they can easily transplanted into ground for a plant ot tree. Most of the seeds can be kept in ground directly, but it shows you hade some problem with it.

Apple plants require good temperature and if you have failed with seeds, then I could suggest you to buy a nursery plant and grow it however please know the temperature too for such type plants.
