I want to fill the tank for free by using renewable energy, however I don't have much funds nor my relatives that can afford to buy Kilowatts system.
I am looking a mini water pump that can lift 2 floors building with easiest mehod.
I have seen 12v water pumps can boost to highest levels. P.S let me know how canI find right one.

You can use a brushless motor to drive a regular pump, like a 0.5 HP model, and power it with solar energy. There are DC water pumps available in the market that you can use based on your needs.
