What do you think you get out of gardening? Do you feel it helps your physical state? What about mental & emotional as far as being for stress reduction?
I find it is great for physical conditioning but the act of pulling weeds, tending to your garden, flowers, & seeing them grow is rewarding for the mental aspect as well.
