I've been watering grass in my lawn for 2 months every 7am and 3pm but the grass doesn't spread,any advice??

If your grass is not spreading then you have to till the soil add some compost or fertilizer tot he soil. For what purpose you are growing? You should use sprinkler system for lawn so your grass can grown properly.
