I have seen that there are inverters of 10kw or more. If I put two 1000 watt solar panels the batteries can be charged with two solar panels or does this experiment not work?

You are increasing Solar panels to charge fast so this works, just use the proper inverter to maintain both battery and solar power.
Try with 3v panels and 3v battery to test and see yourself, what will happen and how many hours it require to charge?
