Those things, as many know, are massive disease carriers and annoyances - so I'm wondering how to organically keep them out of a rice field.

I think it is a great idea to develop in Greenhouses without mosquitoes, anyway we find wherever in the farms. A large portion of the general population needed Toxin free food from plants, yet it is difficult to develop such sort of crop.

Greenhouses can do such things, we all are not sure about climate and time changes. It was one toughest thing to grow Rice without pests or mosquitoes.
