What is the best vegetable you like to grow?

Is it something you like the taste of? Or perhaps it’s just easy to grow.
I like having it both ways. Something I like to eat but also is quite easy in growing. Vegetables such as lettuce, tomatoes, potatoes top my list.

I have always enjoyed growing cucumbers and even tomatoes. I love salad, and with the price increases, it can sometimes be too much money to always buy the salad you need, so growing is always a better option.
