How many days should I plant an ezperanza bush from a white-colored pvc Irrigation pi

I am growing a number of plants (Esperanza: Tecoma stans) and I noticed as I was searching that the middle of my place is about 7 inches wide from a tube for my watering (sprinklers). It is not near a "elbow" or the landscape sprinkler go. I have not placed them in yet and I am thinking what would be a "good" range from the tube would be for this kind of place. This tube is not under continuous stress. I appreciate your ideas and guidance on this.

I am not perfect with these plants else i would had helped to you in growing these plants. Let me know what you want about Irrigation and connecting them?
