Install outdoor faucet

I figure this may be in the Sprinkler section as you can't help sprinklers or irrigation without access to water.
Has anybody installed a faucet outside? How hard or easy was it for you to do?

I have manufactured Faucet tap connector for irrigation pipe which is installed at main line, but looking at the article that shows easy to do since it is a DIY not hard.

It has also a backflow preventer which helps not to flow water back, but I don't think it is an important for everyone as the water not move to top of the tanks.
