For the broccoli to produce seeds for next summer garden, how do i know what i should be looking for?

I plant 3 broccoli seeds per cell and also cut off the weaker plays leaving only one?

I haven't seen a white moth or any pest problems like we have here in zone 6.??

When repotting, do you have to put a bottom piece with holes below the soil?
